Circle360 is a safety and location-sharing app built for Nigerian families and friends. Create private circles, share your location on your terms, and get credible community safety alerts in one place.
Is Circle360 free to use?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes community alerts, a basic SOS alert and up to 3 circle members. Plus and Premium add more members, circles and features, and every plan includes a 14 day free trial of Plus.
How does Circle360 protect my privacy?
You choose what your circle sees: live, approximate or paused. With the privacy bubble on, your circle sees the area you are in, not your exact pin. Your precise location is only used securely for safety features.
Which cities does Circle360 work in?
Location sharing works anywhere you have a connection. Community safety alerts are launching first in Lagos and Abuja, with more cities coming soon.
Does Circle360 work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Circle360 is free to download on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play), and circles work across both platforms.
Does location sharing work in the background?
Yes, when you allow it. With background location on, your circle still sees your safe-zone arrivals and SOS even when the app is closed. You can pause sharing or change the permission in your device settings at any time.
What is the vehicle plate watchlist?
Look up a vehicle plate before you board. If other users have reported it, Circle360 flags it so you can make a safer choice.
How are community safety alerts verified?
Circle360 combines community reports with trusted sources and filters out noise. Each alert is labelled by confidence, such as Verified or Likely, so you know how much weight to give it.
How is circle360 different from life360?
Circle360 is built for the Nigerian context, with community safety alerts, a vehicle plate watchlist and approximate location sharing designed around how families here actually stay in touch.
How does the SOS button work?
Hold the SOS button in the app and your entire circle is instantly alerted with your exact GPS location and an automatic voice recording. This works even if your phone screen is locked. If your connection is weak, the alert queues and sends the moment signal is restored.
Can someone see my location without my permission?
No. Your location is only shared with circles you choose to join, and only when you turn sharing on. You can switch to approximate location, pause sharing, or leave a circle at any time.
How do I cancel my Circle360 subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play. On iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store, then Profile, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account any time from Account settings in the app, or by emailing support@circle360.app. Your personal data is deleted within 30 days, apart from limited records we must keep by law.
